NSCA, Certified Personal Trainer Certified Menopause Athlete Trainer BUT, the most important credential I have is that I've also been in Peri for the last 6 years. Like millions of women, I've had to navigate this phase completely blind. With zero help from my Dr's, I decided to take matters into my own hands. And over those 6 years, I've learned how to thrive through this transition and now use the same tools and methods to help women 35+ thrive through theirs as well!
MY APPROACH
Is simple, but not easy. Track your cycle & symptoms, then move, feed, and supplement accordingly. When you start working WITH your body, that's when everything changes. I'm here to help cut through the noise and guide you in the right direction to thrive through Peri and come out to the other side living your best years yet!

Holistic Coaching does just that. It uses the body's cycle, symptoms, and signs to tailor fitness, nutrition, and supplementation. We learn to listen and pay attention to your body and in turn the knowledge and tools to then give it what it needs to optimize and thrive. It is a process. It is not a quick fix.
