My Approach
Menopause is as unique as the individual, so it only makes sense that the solution be unique to the individual as well. Through proper cycle (for those still having a menstrual cycle) and symptom tracking along with personal goals and needs, we can tailor the fitness and nutrition to the individual's unique needs. Because when we stop working against the body and start working WITH IT, that's when everything changes.
