I'm so happy you're here!

Imagine having a car for the first time and never being given a manual or instructions as to how it operates, and what all the flashing alerts, signals, and sounds mean. This is a woman's body. Only for women, it is 100x harder with a complex hormonal system fluctuating every 28 days and then, worse, constant changes that continue throughout life, such as reproductive, perimenopause, and post-menopause years.

As someone going through perimenopause myself, my mission is PERSONAL: to teach this generation, and those that follow, how to listen to our bodies, understand our symptoms, and THRIVE through personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness strategies.

Peri first entered my life about 6 years ago, and she's been a real peach ever since.  I saw countless Dr's and specialists, and NOT ONE mentioned menopause, much less perimenopause. But, I have never been one to go quietly into the night! And I felt sure I could figure this sh!t out. SO...I went down the rabbit hole.

I spent years tracking my cycle and biometric data to learn what was going on in my body. I spent just as many years altering my diet and refining my exercise routines. Then I read a book by a Dr. Stacy Sims in 2021 that introduced me to perimenopause, and my life hasn't been the same since.

I'm here to share what I've learned and help make sense of the noise. It's a learning process for all of us, but I'm here to help and offer as much support, knowledge, tools, and hugs as you want.

You're not alone, I got you!

At 46 I decided to chase my dreams...

I've always felt like I was meant for more, but never knew what. I knew I wanted to serve, to teach, to inspire, but I wasn't sure how that would show up.  This video is a brief clip from a pitch night competition, where I pitched my idea for 'GenM' (generation menopause), a holistic app for peri- and menopausal women.  It was terrifying and amazing and terrifying (did I say that already?), But by far one of the bravest things I've done to date. It feels really good to acknowledge that out loud. :)

Are you ready?
