My Approach

I take a holistic approach to female health, specifically perimenopausal and menopausal health and wellness. It starts with your hormones. From there, we work together to build your toolbox with science-backed information, science-backed data, and science-backed tools. Our bodies have been communicating with us from the beginning, but we were never taught how to listen, much less what to do with the information. 


We understand that every woman's experience during perimenopause and menopause is unique. That's why we offer a range of services tailored to address the physical, nutritional, and mental aspects of this journey. We meet you where you are and help get you where you want to be. 

 

My goal is to offer you flexible training options so you don't have to choose between your health and your life.
